Description of Single Wall Conductive Pipe:
CHRS® Single Wall Conductive Pipe is mainly used for fuel transportation and oil and service recovery. There are five layers of Single Wall Conductive Pipe from inside to outside, which are conductive layer, binding layer, EVOH layer, binding layer and HDPE layer.
Conductive layer can prevent the electrostatic accumulation of fuel flow and prevent the grounding fault current from passing through, thus minimizing the risk of spark generated by electrostatic discharge of pipe system and ensuring the safety of pipe system.
EVOH Barrier layer prevents the diffusion of hydrocarbons through the pipe wall, ensures the leakage resistance of the pipe.
HDPE layer improves the pipe strength and pressure grade, ensure a longtime service life.
Application of Single Wall Conductive Pipe: remote filling, pressure and suction distribution, ventilation, vapor recovery or conduits.
