Description of Double Wall Conductive Pipe:
CHRS®Double Wall Conductive Pipe is coaxial pipe or"pipe in pipe", single wall pipe is placed in secondary contained pipe. The gap space between the inner and outer pipes is created to check leakage with leakage monitoring system.
The primary pipe is single wall pipe,there are five layers of single wall pipe from inside to outside, which are conductive layer, binding layer, EVOH layer, binding layer and HDPE layer.
The secondary contained pipe is composed of three layers, which are EVOH layer, binding layer and HDPE layer.
The application of Double Wall Conductive Pipe can not only avoid anti-static main pipeline damage, but also prevent possible leakage, so as to achieve better environmental safety effect.
Application of Double Wall Conductive Pipe: pressure and suction distribution, ventilation, vapor recovery or conduits.
